Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. ...be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.    

          Terry is a native Tennessean originally from Murfreesboro, TN. Before working with the East Shelby Church Terry worked with the New Hope Church in Fairview, TN and the Hillview Church in Nashville, TN. The Francis family moved to Collierville in July 2007 to work with the East Shelby Church of Christ.

Terry attended Florida College and Western Kentucky University. He then worked with Wilson Adams in an Evangelist Training program at the Riverside Drive Church of Christ in Nashville, TN. He has been preaching since May 1997. Since the summer of 2009, Terry has helped train future evangelist through the Summer Internships offered at East Shelby.

In addition to working as an evangelist at East Shelby, Terry holds several meetings a year. He also works as a graphic and layout designer for the monthly publication Biblical Insights. Terry lives in Collierville, TN with his wife, DewAnn, and their three children.





          Brent was born and raised in Fresno, CA. Brent learned the truth as a young adult after meeting his future wife, Stacey, who taught him the Gospel. Brent preached his first lesson at the Sierra Vista Church of Christ in Fresno, CA in 1997 where he later served as a deacon. He has preached at various congregations in California, Ohio, Florida, and Tennessee.

Brent has a unique perspective on teaching the gospel and Christianity thanks to his background prior to being a Christian. He has a tremendous passion and zeal for evangelism and loves to study the scriptures with other people. Prior to working with the East Shelby Church as an evangelist, Brent served the congregation as a deacon and focused on the guest evangelism program. Brent lives in Olive Branch, MS with his wife, Stacey, and his two daughters.
